Just as the demons that possessed the man believed that Jesus had no business with Him, we, too, must come to understand that Jesus has everything to do with us and our lives, especially when our sins tells us He doesn't.

On this Trinity Sunday, we saw the presence of God in the lives of the Israelites from Exodus 19.1-6. The Lord said to them, "and I brought you to myself." God called from Sinai, worked in Egypt, and journeyed with them in the desert. We saw the concern of the Father, the work on the people's behalf by the Son, and the people being led and guided into all truth through the Holy Spirit. God carried the people out of His fullness and He will carry us today!

Pastor Whit preached on Acts 2 and how the Holy Spirit filled the believers, enabling them to speak the gospel message for all to hear. God desires to use each of us, too, by filling us with His Spirit and equipping us to preach the good news to the world!

Heaven will finally be able to cease its fight against evil; earth will finally have its suffering alleviated; and God will be glorified. But a new heaven and a new earth requires a new YOU!
